Return & Exchange Policy
We always want you to be happy with your purchase. But, if you are unsatisfied, it is easy to make a return or exchange. You can return items up to 12 days after the date we shipped your order. We can not make refunds for purchases made in-store with our partners selling our products. Shipping charges are often not refundable. Please see our return and exchange policies below for full details.
If your order breaks during shipment you have 3 weeks from the shipment date to notify us to send you another product free of shipment charge.

Standard Shipping $8.00
5-8 business days and it can take up to 2 weeks for a custom order.
Orders are shipped on weekdays excluding holidays.
Rushed Order $12.00
3-5 business days to create before it's shipped.
Rush orders are shipped every day of the week excluding holidays.
Custom Order
Shipping is calculated by weight and could take up to a month to create.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally. Yet.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, (3) or the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked if it is not a custom order. First, we will get in contact with you to see if you would prefer us to reship at your own expense. If we can not get in contact with you we will refund the whole order afterward.

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been shipped. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all current information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Pick Up Location
Order online and select FREE "Pick Up" at checkout. Our warehouse Location is 120 Manton Ave Providence, RI 02909 inside the 1st Tower at the Atlantic Mills building. Our Suite is 406-408 on the 4th floor. You must wait for an email notifying you that your order is ready for a pick-up order and communicate with us on a date and time you would like to pick up your order. Once arrived, call us and have your name and order number ready so we can verify the package is given to the proper buyer. Once confirmed, an associate will bring your order to the vehicle.
Reminders of Ready Pick up Orders
If the team sees that you have not opened the Ready for Pick Up email we will first resend it again. After 2 days, we will call you on the listed number. If that does not work we will text you. Once it's been a week, if all of those do not work for us to get in touch with you, we will refund your order and email you on why.
Subscriptions
We will charge every month on the same day you started your subscription. If you would like to alter your order, for example changing the fragrance of the beard oil or address, you must email us before your order is fulfilled. If you would like to cancel your subscription or if you have any questions please email us at hello@soulita.com.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from hello@soulita.com (the “Site”).
Personal information we collect

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
